1. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order.But customer need to pay shipping freight.
2. Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles ?
A.Yes, you can. We could offer various printing ways: screen printing, hot stamping, frost, etc.and label printing.
B.About printing Color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color Number if needed.
3. Can you produce bottles according our design?
Yes, We can produce models according to your own design. We can customized for any plastic bottles.
4. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-48 hours after we receive your payment.
B. For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea,by air according to your requirement.
5. How do you control the quality?
We do leak test for 3 times before packing.
6.How long goods arrive customer address?
There are 3 types shipping way.
A.By express,the fastest and expensive,3-5 working days arrive by Fedex or UPS.
B.DDP by air,10-15 working days arrive.
C.DDP by sea,the cheapest and and long shipping time.30-35 working days arrive.

Do I need to pay the duty and taxes or fees?
No, the price show on the page include all cost.
If the goods delivered to my home?
Yes, in most countries we can ship with the UPS (Delivery duty paid) Method if you provide the correct address and phone number.
Where are you shipping from?
We send the goods from China factory or USA warehouse, depend on the stock status.

About Returns and Exchanges
1.All products are strictly inspected before packaging .
2.If any defects are caused during transportation or improper use,We will send you a substitute in your next order.
